Jonathan Schley

Jonathan has an extensive 13 year career in real estate across multiple sectors including high street luxury retail representation of both tenants and property owners on projects in New York City, Los Angeles, London and Paris. Before founding Schley Inc., Jonathan was Director of Retail Development at Tungsten Partners. At Tungsten, he was in charge of the retail development within and around Ace Hotel projects globally. Jonathan is based between Los Angeles and New York City and earned his BA from Columbia University.

Austin Glover

Austin has led business development for Schley Inc. since its inception. He works with a number of brands on their short and long-term retail strategies and owners on portfolio-wide retail merchandising. Prior to Schley Inc., Austin was the Director of Business Development at Open Listings, a Y-Combinator backed real estate startup and worked as an Associate at Tungsten Partners. Austin is based in Los Angeles and earned his BA from Columbia University.
